We had the best family vacation ever at Paradisus La Esmeralda! The Family Concierge service made our stay extra special with thoughtful surprises for the kids and amazing staff. The only downsides were the mosquitoes at night and the lack of teen activities, which left our older kids feeling a bit left out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food and facilities.

We had a great family trip with our 5-year-old daughter. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was attentive, especially our butler, who helped us with restaurant bookings. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown with service issues and some inconsistent food quality. Overall, it was a solid stay, but some aspects could be improved to elevate the experience further.

Our stay at Paradisus Esmeralda was far from what we hoped for. The issues began right at the airport, where we experienced a long wait for our pre-arranged transfer. Although the rooms were comfortable, the overall service left much to be desired, and we encountered problems with sickness among our group. While the location was decent, the food quality and variety were disappointing, especially given the premium we paid for the Family Concierge service.
